Born in Peru in March, Jonathan Sanchez's passion for music ignited at an early age. He began his musical journey at the Yamaha School of Music in Lima, where he first explored the art of Music. By the age of 13, Jonathan was already crafting his own songs. At 14, he formed the band Mashav, gaining recognition through various music contests such as Lybbis and Berto Rock Song. Notable hits from this period include "Amigo" and "Vagando en la Playa." Later, he performed with the band Barrio Pamara, blending reggae, funk, and ska.
Jonathan's innovative spirit led him to fuse traditional Peruvian rhythms with pop music, culminating in the release of his debut Single Cielo in 2008. Since then, he has continued to release new albums and singles, showcasing his evolving sound.
In addition to his work as an artist, Jonathan runs a recording studio where he collaborates with a diverse range of talents. His production credits include:
